Niklas Kossow
Project Manager – CityLAB Berlin
Niklas is project manager at CityLAB Berlin. Here he is primarily concerned with the Smart City Strategy of the State of Berlin. Prior to this, he completed his doctorate at the Hertie School in Berlin on the use of digital technologies in the fight against corruption. In the process, he developed an enthusiasm for technology, transparency and citizen participation. Niklas studied in London, St. Petersburg and Berlin.
